It's a wonderful thing to take back your HEALTH. You matter and you are important. God has so much more in store for us all when we learn to follow His plan for our lives. He wishes above all things that we prosper and be in Good Health, even as our Souls prosper. 3 John 1:2 verse.
Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your meal plan. I don't like the word DIET. I prefer to say LIFE STYLE CHANGES TO LIVE BY. When you swap some of your unhealthy foods for a healthier version of them, you are on the road to taking back your HEALTH.
It is not easy to eat healthier when you are used to a lot of Junk Foods, especially SUGAR. I am trying my best not to add sugar to my diet, but if it is natural sugar or a little dry fruit here and there then that is still a better alternative than having cakes, pies, cookies, candy, and butter pecan ice cream which I love. LOL
Learn to Say NO to those unhealthy sugars. Try to find a better alternative. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength daily. I CAN DO IT ONE DAY AT A TIME.
