Joy

I get joy when I think about what the Lord has done for me. A song that I love. The joy of the Lord is my daily strength. He completes me. He brings me so much happiness in knowing that I have someone to talk to at any time of the day or night. He is my closest friend who sticks closer than any brother could. I don't dare leave home without Him.

When you are happy about something, you just want to celebrate whatever it is. I am happy about my relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. He brings me complete joy. The Joy of the Lord is my strength. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. When nothing else could help, love lifted me. I'm so glad that God's love lifts me all the time and it is that love that brings me JOY.

This joy that I have, the world didn't give it to me. The world didn't give it and the world can't take it away. Amen. I can sing, clap, dance, and shout how good God is to me. That is why I can keep on keeping on because I have someone to look forward to always helping me and being by m side constantly. He is a constant companion.
